Tom Ford Cherry Lush

Tom Ford Cherry Lush

I picked up Cherry Lush in Harvey Nichols a few weeks ago. It was quite an impulsive purchase as the store was closing and er, I was afraid the nice sales man hadn’t hit his target for the day.

The shade name, Cherry Lush, is quite fitting I think as it’s exactly the colour you get; a bright cherry red with a gorgeous lustre finish. At first, I thought that it would be my ‘special occasion lippy’ (as it’s a bit spendy) but it has actually ended up being an everyday one. I love the colour so much and it lasts an absolute age and even though it’s super pigmented and quite bright, I don’t feel like it’s too much. Know what I mean? I’ve been wearing it with MAC Brick lip liner with much success – no budging and no bleeding. Hurrah!

If you’re looking for a new red lippy, I can’t recommended this enough. It’s my new favourite. Also, I can neither confirm nor deny that I’m shopping online for other shades at the moment… 🙂

I wanted to ask you about the Clarins foundation.. Would you recommend it for people with oily skin?

Hi Zein, probably not. Combination skin would get away with it but I would imagine it’s too dewy for oily skin xx
